Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/1170 of 13 June 2025 granting derogations to certain Member States regarding data transmission under Regulation (EU) No 691/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on European environmental economic accounts (notified under document C(2025) 3684)

The derogations from Regulation (EU) No 691/2011, as set out in the Annex of this Decision, are granted to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Hellenic Republic, the Kingdom of Spain, the French Republic, the Italian Republic, the Republic of Cyprus and Romania for the respective reference periods listed therein.
