Article 1

The glossary of common ingredient names referred to in Article 33 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 is set out in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

Decision (EU) 2022/677 is repealed.

Article 3

From 30 July 2025 until 29 July 2026, the economic operators may use the common ingredient names set out in the Annex to this Decision for the purpose of compliance with the labelling requirements set out in Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.

Article 4

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 30 July 2026.
