Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/2346 of 20 November 2025 laying down rules for the application of Directive (EU) 2016/797 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards a request from the Netherlands not to apply the table of priority of trackside supported levels set out in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1695 (notified under document C(2025) 7772)

The request of the Netherlands for the non-application of point 5.10.2.4, of Index 4 Subset-026, of Table A 2 of Appendix A of Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1695 to the 205 SNG trains listed in the Annex to this Decision is accepted on the condition that the alternative provision and measure proposed by the Netherlands is applied. The Netherlands shall notify the Commission without delay of any changes to the identifiers of the trains listed in the Annex.

This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. It shall apply until 31 December 2032 or until ATB has been decommissioned on the Hanzeline, whichever occurs first.
