Article 1

Die staatliche Beihilfe, die Polen zugunsten von PCC in Höhe von maximal 95981681 PLN (23028787 EUR) (abgezinster Wert) gewährt hat, ist im Sinne von Artikel 107 Absatz 3 Buchstabe a des Vertrags über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union mit dem Binnenmarkt vereinbar.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss ist an die Republik Polen gerichtet.
