Article 1

The State aid which Poland has implemented for PCC, amounting to a maximum of PLN 95981681 (EUR 23028787), in discounted value, is compatible with the internal market within the meaning of Article 107(3), point (a), of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Poland.
