Article 1

The introduction into the Union of specimens of the species of wild fauna and flora set out in the Annex from the countries of origin indicated therein, is prohibited.

Article 2

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2770 is repealed. References to the repealed Implementing Regulation shall be construed as references to this Regulation.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
