Article 1

‘4 The forms on which continuation sheets are drawn up for personal ownership certificates, travelling exhibition certificates and musical instrument certificates shall conform to the model set out in Annex IV.’

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
