Article 1 Amendment to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/274

In Article 9(1), first subparagraph, of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/274, the second sentence is replaced by the following: ‘However, Member States may decide to fix a deadline for the submission of applications for authorisation for replanting which shall not exceed the end of the fifth wine year following the one in which the grubbing up took place.’.

Article 2 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
