Article 1 Harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity

The harmonised notice referred to in Article 22a(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU shall comply with the design and content set out in Annex I to this Regulation.

Article 2 Harmonised label for the commercial guarantee of durability

The harmonised label referred to in Article 22a(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU shall comply with the design and content set out in Annex II to this Regulation.

Article 3 Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 27 September 2026.
