Article 1

1 The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1976 is amended as follows: ‘United States of AmericaEquistar Chemicals, LPC682’ is replaced by: ‘United States of AmericaINEOS Americas LLCC682’

2 The TARIC additional code C682 previously attributed to Equistar Chemicals, LP shall apply to INEOS Americas LLC, as of 1 May 2024. Any definitive duty paid as of 1 May 2024 on imports of products manufactured by INEOS Americas LLC in excess of the anti-dumping duty established in Article 1(2) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1976 as regards Equistar Chemicals, LP shall be repaid or remitted in accordance with the applicable customs legislation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
