Article 1

For the application for recognition of a critical raw material project as a Strategic Project referred to in Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1252, the project promoters shall use the single template set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 18 November 2025.
