Article 1

In Article 3 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/564, the following paragraph is added: ‘For uses of plant protection products on their territory before 1 January 2027, Member States may allow that the respective records are not transferred into the prescribed electronic format.’

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
