Commission Regulation (EU) 2025/2262 of 11 November 2025 amending Regulation (EU) 2023/826 to clarify definitions and some aspects of the measurement conditions and amending Regulation (EU) 2023/2533 in relation to the methodology for calculating the average final moisture content, the identification and availability of spare parts and of repair information among other aspects

Annexes I, II and IV to Regulation (EU) 2023/826 are amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Regulation (EU) 2023/2533 is amended as follows: (1) Article 6 is deleted; (2) Article 13 on Entry into force and application is replaced by the following: ‘This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 July 2025. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.’; (3) Annexes I, II, III and IV are amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the fourth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
