Article 1

The following Agreements are hereby approved on behalf of the Community: Agreement for the conclusion of negotiations between the European Community and the Republic of Argentina under GATT Article XXIV:6 (Annex I), Exchange of Letters between the European Community and the Republic of Argentina on cereals (Annex II). The texts of the Agreements referred to in this Article are attached to this Decision.

Article 2

The phasing in of the duty reductions provided for in the Agreement is laid down in Annex III.

Article 3

The President of the Council is hereby authorized to designate the person empowered to sign the Agreements in order to bind the Community .
