Commission Regulation (EC) No 1638/2004 of 17 September 2004 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 2793/1999 to take account of Commission Regulations (EC) No 2031/2001 and (EC) No 1789/2003 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff

In the second column of Annex to Regulation (EC) No 2793/1999, the following amendments are incorporated: (a) for order No 09.1813: CN codes ‘20084091’ and ‘20084099’ are replaced by CN code ‘20084090’; CN codes ‘20087094’ and ‘20087099’ are replaced by CN code ‘20087098’. (b) for order No 09.1821: CN code ‘20094030’ is replaced by CN codes ‘20094110’ and ‘20094930’; CN codes ‘20097011 to 20097099’ are replaced by CN codes ‘20097110, 20097191, 20097199, 20097911, 20097919, 20097930, 20097991, 20097993, 20097999’. (c) for order No 09.1827: CN codes ‘72024191’ and ‘72024199’ are replaced by CN code ‘72024190’.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Article 1(b) shall apply from 1 January 2002. Article 1(a) and 1(c) shall apply from 1 January 2004.
