Commission Regulation (EC) No 1926/2004 of 3 November 2004 prohibiting fishing for common sole by vessels flying the flag of France

Catches of common sole in the waters of ICES sub-areas VII f, g, h, j and k by vessels flying the flag of France or registered in France are hereby deemed to have exhausted the quota allocated to France for 2004. Fishing for common sole in the waters of ICES sub-areas VII f, g, h, j and k by vessels flying the flag of France or registered in France is hereby prohibited, as are the retention on board, transhipment and landing of these stocks caught by the above vessels after the date of application of this Regulation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 11 September 2004.
