The State aid which the Netherlands is planning to implement for Bodewes Scheepswerven BV, amounting to EUR […], for Scheepswerf Visser, amounting to EUR […], for Bodewes Scheepswerf Volharding Foxhol, amounting to EUR […] and for Scheepswerf De Merwede, amounting to EUR […] is incompatible with the common market. The aid may accordingly not be implemented.

Article 2

The Netherlands shall inform the Commission, within two months of notification of this Decision, of the measures taken to comply with it.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
