Commission Decision (EU) 2020/1236 of 25 August 2020 authorising the Netherlands to apply an extension of certain periods specified in Articles 2 and 3 of Regulation (EU) 2020/698 of the European Parliament and of the Council (notified under document C(2020) 5745) (Only the English text is authentic)

The Netherlands is authorised to apply the following extensions of the periods specified in Article 2(1) and (2), and Article 3(1) of Regulation (EU) 2020/698: (a) an extension of three months of the period between 1 February 2020 and 31 August 2020 specified in Article 2(1) of Regulation (EU) 2020/698, for the purposes of Article 2(1) and (2) of that Regulation; (b) an extension of two months of the periods of seven months specified in Article 2(1) and (2) of that Regulation; (c) an extension of three months of the period between 1 February 2020 and 31 August 2020 specified in Article 3(1) of that Regulation; (d) an extension of two months of the period of seven months specified in Article 3(1) of that Regulation.
