Article 1 Amendment to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1916

‘1 Member States may prohibit the circulation of vehicles or vehicle combinations equipped with devices in the in-use position in view of the special characteristics of urban or interurban areas where speed limits are 50 km/h or lessand where vulnerable road users are likely to be present.’.

Article 2 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
