Article 1

As from the year 2025 and starting that year, Member States shall supply on a biennial basis a quality report drawn up in accordance with the rules laid down in the Annex.’

Article 2

Member States shall supply their quality report not later than 31 May every second year’

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
