Council Regulation (EU) 2024/2158 of 15 July 2024 on the allocation of fishing opportunities under Protocol (2024-2029) implementing the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Cabo Verde

The fishing opportunities established under Protocol (2024-2029) implementing the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and Republic of Cabo Verde shall be allocated among the Member States as follows, throughout the period of application of the Protocol: (a) tuna seiners: Spain:14 vesselsFrance:10 vesselsTotal24 vessels; (b) pole-and-line tuna vessels: Spain:6 vesselsFrance:3 vesselsPortugal:1 vesselsTotal10 vessels; (c) surface longliners: Spain:17 vesselsPortugal:5 vesselsTotal22 vessels;

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 23 July 2024.
