Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2320 of 18 November 2025 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/633 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of monosodium glutamate originating in the People’s Republic of China and in Indonesia following an expiry review pursuant to Article 11(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 of the European Parliament and of the Council

1 Article 4 of mplementing Regulation (EU) 2021/633 is amended as follows: ‘PT. Miwon IndonesiaB962’ is replaced by ‘PT. Daesang Ingredients IndonesiaB962’

2 The TARIC additional code B962 previously attributed to PT. Miwon Indonesia shall apply to PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia, as of 7 January 2025. Any definitive duty paid on imports of products manufactured by PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia in excess of the anti-dumping duty established in Article 4 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/633 as regards PT. Miwon Indonesia shall be repaid or remitted in accordance with the applicable customs legislation.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
